3 - Yummy CMJ NO-Bakes * good-for-you, Sweet-Tooth treats!
These no-bake recipes are easy & quick. Since you are not over-heating the hemp seeds, the omegas are not compromised. The secret to yummy chocolate is to use high quality dark cocoa powder (or 100% cacao) which has good antioxidants. Using organic products, pure vanilla extract, and shredded unsweetened coconut will provide best results. I have used Palm Sugar with great success. Pure coconut palm sugar reportedly has a naturally low glycemic index. Other preferred sugars or sweetners may be substituted. These recipes are easy to convert to vegan!
