Using CMJ’s High Protein Flour can help to add better nutrition to any recipe. Since it is gluten free it has a lot of possibilities. When baking your own recipes, I recommend starting off and using it as a 50/50 blend to the current amount of flour your recipe calls for. I have used pure organic palm sugar with success for the sweetener. Pure palm sugar reportedly has a naturally low glycemic index. You may substitute your favorite sweetener for your individual needs and desires. Using organic products will ensure you with the best quality ingredients.
Jane’s Cinnamon Spice and Everything Nice Crispy Hemp Cookies
1 Cup Sugar (Palm, Cane or Coconut)
1 Cup Brown Sugar
½ Cup Butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup CMJ Toasted Hemp Seeds with Sea Salt
4 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
½ teaspoon ground cloves
1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
1 cup unbleached white flour (or other non-gluten flour can be substituted)
1 cup CMJ High Protein Hemp Flour
Mix sugars, butter, eggs till creamy. Add vanilla, mix in hemp seeds, cinnamon, ginger, ground cloves, baking soda, and flours.
Drop by teaspoon on baking sheet. Roll into balls.
Bake at 350 for 8 minutes. (these cookies flatten out, so space on cookie sheet appropriately.)
Plane Jane Crispy Hemp Cookies
1 Cup Sugar (Palm, Cane or Coconut)

1 ½ teaspoons baking soda

2 tablespoons water
Mix sugars, butter, eggs till creamy. Add vanilla, mix in hemp seeds, walnuts, baking soda, flours and water. Drop by teaspoon on baking sheet. Roll into balls.

CMJ Chocolate Chip Cookies
¾ cup white sugar 2 tablespoons water
¾ cup packed brown sugar 1 tsp real vanilla extract
1 cup butter (2-sticks) 1 cup chopped walnuts
2 large eggs ½ cup CMJ Toasted Hemp Seeds w/ Sea Salt
1 tsp baking soda ¾ cup rolled oats
1 cup unbleached flour (or non-gluten) 2 cups dark chocolate chips
1 cup CMJ High Protein Hemp Flour
Beat sugars and butter until creamy, add eggs & vanilla. Mix well. Slowly blend in flours & soda, alternating with water. Add walnuts, toasted seeds & oats. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake at 350 to 375 for 8 – 11 minutes.
